HERE TO SUPPORT

Specialists in helping organisations thrive

We combine the strengths of our parent organisations with a collective experience spanning 70 years .

In 2019, two community infrastructure organisations, Action Hampshire and Basingstoke Voluntary Action, came together to launch BOSS Partners CIC. Experts in the field of supporting charities, community groups and social enterprises to launch and develop; the two organisations decided it was time to poole their collective knowledge, skills and and experience in providing specialist services and develop an exciting new social enterprise. The name ‘BOSS’ stands for ‘Back Office Support Services’ and does exactly what it says on the tin. We help take care of your back office functions such as finance, HR, training and design, so you can focus on what matters most – providing an excellent service to your customers.

BOSS Team

A Multi-Team Approach

One of the huge strengths of the BOSS Partners business model is the ability for us to draw upon the skills and strengths of colleagues from across multiple organisations and fields, enabling us to serve as a truly one stop shop for your organisation’s needs. If we don’t already have the skills in house, we’ll be sure to know someone who does and point you in the right direction!

Not-for-Profit at Heart

As a Community Interest Company, BOSS Partners CIC has been created as a jointly owned trading subsidiary of Action Hampshire and Basingstoke Voluntary Action, two charities who provide thousands of hours of support each year towards helping develop community services and social enterprise. All proceeds from the delivery of BOSS services go directly towards furthering the aims of our two charity parent organisations.

TESTIMONIALS

What our clients are saying…

As a new community interest company promoting electric cars and vans, we asked BOSS Partners to provide our payroll and pension service for our first employee. We knew that this was a complex area. We have appreciated their thorough and prompt service – which has made our administration of payroll and pension cost effective, straightforward and stress free”

Our main contact Suzanne is responsive, accurate and above all helpful. We had a recent issue arise caused by our previous provider and Suzanne took this problem on her shoulders through to resolution. We are very happy with the service we receive and it is good value for money as we would not have the skills or time in house to perform these functions. It frees us up to focus on the charity work we do best. Highly Recommend.

BOSS has successfully assisted Camrose in administering the payroll for our four part-time employees. This has included the establishment of a pensions scheme and the reimbursement, after persistent HMRC chasing, of sick pay. This has all been achieved against the hugely challenging backdrop of the pandemic and Camrose is extremely grateful for the courteous and efficient service it has received.
