Taking care of your Payroll
We offer an affordable service with no long term contracts. Our prices are straightforward – £15 per month for your first employee then just £2 per month per additional employee. This price includes distribution of PDF payslips, providing you with a payroll summary report and submissions to HMRC. For an additional £10 per month (first employee, £1 per additional employee), we can also look after the processing of your pension scheme. Our cost-effective set up fees can be found below:
- Payroll set up charge (one-off charge) £40.00
- Pension set up charge (one-off charge) £20.00
- Total one-off set up charges £60.00
Taking care of your day-to-day Bookkeeping
For a flat rate fee, we offer a bookkeeping package tailored specifically to your organisation based upon the average number of income/expenditure transactions you have per month. Our hourly fee is transparently set to cover the processing of up to 30 transactions/15 invoices. We set a fixed monthly fee for our support that we only review after 3 months, meaning that you can be assured any temporary fluctuations in transaction numbers wont end up costing your more and you’ll only pay for what you need.
End of year and Management Accounting
From producing financial reports for your Trustee board or management team such as budget vs actuals, cash flow forecasting or project/department analysis, through to helping prepare your end of year accounts to submit to the Charity Commission or Companies House; we’re here to help ensure your organisation maintains excellent financial governance and compliance.
Carry out your Independent Examination
If you need your charity accounts independently examined prior to submission to the Charity Commission, we can help. Based on a simple and transparent fee, we can provide assurance and peace of mind to external stakeholders that your accounts are compliant.
